He said that about Armia before he realized European experience doesn't count, which is why he edited his comment.

Girgenson's time in the AHL absolutely does count and he can only play as one of the 4 players with a year of pro experience. Foligno can not play as he has two seasons of pro experience. Ruhwedel may be eligible depending on how they define a season of pro experience, seeing as how he played very few pro games.
