They have to open a case and look into it since there was a complaint. They'll giv CoG a chance to respond and then determine if further action is required. Just because there has been a case open doesn't mean it will go anywhere. I could put a complaint in to the AG office on any business here in AZ and they will open a case, give the company a chance to respond, then close it. That happens everyday.
