So, I picked up some Reebok 12k skates in size 13... not easy to find anything in size 13. They seem to fit ok... one foot is nearly a size bigger than the other so the smaller foot is a little more loose near the top. I had them baked yesterday and seem to be pretty snug though. On of of the feet, I do feel like it is going to rub the big tough against the rough edges on the inside toe box. How to people pad that area to prevent blistering? Are there any good tricks for just protecting one small section of the foot like that. If it was instep or something I would just wrap it with tape, but up near the toe/toe joint, I don't know if that will work.
