Yeah I doubt that'll even be necessary, but they could play a month or two at Rexall in the worst case scenario.

Once the outer structure is built, they'll be able to work on it all through winter 2015 regardless of what the weather is like outside.

If they start in May/June 2014, that's plenty of time for at least the arena and immediate concession area to be complete. Maybe the Winter Garden and shopping district part takes a few extra months to be completed.

I assume they probably want The Winder Garden ready for the holiday season of 2016 so families can come down there and they can have Christmas festivities, but it's not like the end of the world if it doesn't happen.
