That's a little bit unfair because that style of play is more European. The bigger ice is what many Europeans are used to playing on, North American players are more used to smaller rinks. And as I said the trend of many European players being soft is starting to change. look at many of the new editions, look at Ivanans, hes a beast! Anyways I love Europe, been there a few times(England, Ireland, Wales) and I am saving up for a European tour in 2 years. While overall many of the European players arent as gritty as North American players there are exceptions and the new guys are more gritty.
