May I remind you that Chara struggled a bit also in his first few years. To the point where Ottawa stupidly let him go.

I'm not comparing Tiny to Chara, but pointing out that Big D with attitude is a very tough position in the NHL, and it takes some time.

I love this guy, and I think he's going to be a beast.
