Not a bad point...

I don't think one was thrown away because it really wasn't there for the taking. Tampa came in and played an extremely tight defensive game against a team that had played the previous night. And I don't really consider it a 'loss'. The Rangers went for it in OT. They went for the win in the third when it was clear that Tampa was happy for a tie.

And seeing Kovalev and Dunham play well in back-to-back game at this time is very welcomed.

Nice to see the penalty kill play well - shame they had to do it seven times, though.
