Putting one in Camden would be a step in getting back some of that.
Let say there is a big holy molly plan for camden NJ area on southwards let say between the Betsy Bridge to commodore along 295 / 130.
I wonder if the NJ govenr, harris and a big financial group have secret plans to basically totally remake camden area, i mean build new homes, apartments, have jobs / industry put warehouses etc, also building a bigger water front with a casino plus an arena.
the other side to it is I'll bet the NBA, city of philadelphia is also thinking of something like this and will try and prevent the sixers from leaving.
