I just don't see any baseball backing. I don't see a population that cares about this sport after this sport gave up on us. I can't see a franchise succeed long term in Montreal, the support just won't be there. Soccer is the new sport of Canada, and certainly Montreal is following. Every park I see, baseball diamonds are a thing of the passed. Soccer fields are taking over.
stop hanging out in the east end and ull see many more potential fans... its a bigger city than you think and saputo and the impact fans are a tiny pimple compared to the potential baseball fan base
