The one caveat I have is that Weber also comes with a PP resume and that could vault him into regular duty ahead of Corrado.
Unless Weber has significantly grown his game since last year, i'd be surprised and frankly disappointed if his 'PP Resume' vaulted him into the lineup as a regular to be honest. We're talking about a MAB type 'specialist' playing a regular shift...and dragging one of the other LHD Edler/Garrison down with him. And while Weber may not be quite as bad as MAB defensively...he's not even in the same ballpark as Bergeron as a PP performer. Weber is a decent PP guy, not exceptional. And if we're going to dress a specialist as a 'regular', he'd darn well better be 'exceptional' at his speciality as far as i'm concerned. There's a reason the other Swiss gentleman, player #61 completely surpassed Weber on Montreal's depth chart (and PP really).
