True. But in all fairness, there's a big difference between a 29 year old getting a 6 year extension and a 32 year old getting a 6-8 year extension. And again, I'm not opposed to giving Hank $9M/year, but if that's what he wants it should be for a contract of no more than 5 years, making him a UFA at age 37. At that point if he's still in good shape we can extend him for a couple more years.
