This makes sense... for younger prospects, guys who've played very few pro games and guys who haven't played in NA.

There is no reason to bring Dylan McIlrath (who's already played in it once, got loads of ice time in HFD last year after his return) or J.T. Miller (who played tons of games with the big club last year), both of whom we already know will get lots of PT in big league camp.
