Instead Feaster decided to go on the radio and blast the Oilers and announce he would never be part of a rebuild.

If we're counting 2007-2009 as rebuilding years for the Oilers (they're not), then count 2010-2013 for Calgary. Just because a team missed the playoffs doesn't mean they are rebuilding. Look at 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, and even half of the 2009-10 season and find any moves the Oilers made that were done with a rebuild in mind.
