Is there a way to like send in my measurements of my foot like length and width and all of that to a company and have them tell me what size skate to use??
If you're ready to spend enough, you can get a custom pair of skates from VH Hockey. I recently got a pair and they're amazing and worth the price. You download and fill out the order form from their site, including tracings of both feet with the measurements they ask for, and they send you a pair of skates which you then heat-mold in your oven.
