It maybe complex but it's definitely good for explosive leg strength, and skating or stopping and exploDing out in a different direction. Those exercises you listed definitely get you stronger but some of them make you less mobile slower less agile n explosive as well....
Edit: whooos didn't read the Olympic lifts box jumps etc. . Those are definitely great workouts for any athlete
