Get off the ice and get that ankle taken care of. Give the other two ligaments a chance to heal, and focus on your range of motion. Then work on strengthening your leg. I'd recommend a therapist who specializes in sports injuries(and I don't mean the doc, because I agree with Stick that PT is the key here).
