Someone pointed out in another thread that Samsonov is Montreal's leading scorer at even strength. I don't think that we should be giving up on him. I actually like what he's been doing. He's effective down low, if his linemates would move around the ice, he might have someone to pass to. It's amazing how many times I watch and see Plekanec/Kovalev just standing in one area waiting for a pass while Samsonov's fighting off two defenders.
