I would do the first, but try to drop Poti and insert Fedor Tjutin instead. The Caps would have to decline to try and re-sign Kovalev in the off-season, so they would like to have some long-term return, and Gonchar is after all a great asset. Also, since New York won't do that straight up, I'd suggest the Caps would agree to send between $20-25 million New York's way.

Both the second and third trades I would think the Caps would agree to, as is.

The fourth deal the Caps would likely decline. Reichel and Berg are not appealing. Lang for Steen is rather weak return, I think. The Caps and Leafs do not make very good trade partners, to me, and Lang is one of the players the Caps should try and retain, if they can make the money work.
