Cash won't be a factor at the trade deadline because most of the salary will be paid and BG would probably offer to equalize the salary pickup in a trade. I wonder who wants Perreault.

Here's what your getting: 25 to 30 goal scorer guaranteed, if you play him on your 2nd or even 3rd line. about 45 to 60 points and a 60%+ faceoffs win. He's got pure goal scorer hands but he's soft, slow and weak. He isn't the type of guy who will give your team momentum, he isn't the kinda guy who carries the puck. He'll dump more then his share of pucks and he relies heavily on his wingers. He also can't play defense. He's got a knack at scoring clutch goals though. He's got decent GW stats. He'd fit very well with a team like Atlanta since they score in bunches and he'd be great with Kovalchuck. It would balance their offense more and since Kovy does most of the work, Perreault will be right at home.
