Capitals PP isn't very good this year ironically because Ribeiro actually shot the puck. All the opposing team has to do to shut it down now is stand next to Ovechkin and block Mike Green shots. Backstrom won't shoot and Grabovski won't rotate with Backstrom or pass to Brouwer.
