I think that it is hard to compare the 2, Frolov is 21 and spent a few years in the Russian elite league where as Nash is 19 and came from the OHL. Correct me if I'm off, but I'd assume Frolov played in a superior league against grown men while Nash played against peers his age.
Frolov has also had the chance to play with Palffy, Norstrom and other veteran successful players. Nash has gotten to play with? Other kids and also-rans. I'd say wait 2 years and then compare.

Frolov is still one of the best youngsters in the league behind maybe only Kovalchuk.
