That play developed due to a complete defensive breakdown that allowed him to come in with speed and blast away.

It was not a 'soft' goal. Until you've been a goalie in that situation and had someone absolutely fire a laser slap shot at you, only then would you realize that sometimes you just get BEAT.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, you have to give credit to the other team/player for a good hockey play. He BLASTED that shot. Goalies will be beat on that shot many times. You have zero time to react to it, its a matter of hoping the shot hits you and you make the save. No human on this planet has the ability to react to a puck that is shot that fast.

This isn't even the issue, the play should have never developed and he should have never had that much time and space. On top of all that, even if that is the only goal they score, we still lose the game 1-0 because we can't score!
