Im applying "post-Orr & Park" standards to the term "offensive defenceman" TD. Shore, Horton before he broke his leg & refrained from rushing as he had in Junior, first year in the NHL; Doug Harvey in his prime and sure, Pierre Pilote & Bill Gadsby to some extent "rushing defencemen" but nothing at all like what followed from the early through mid-70's on. Id classify Pilote & Gadsby more stay at home than offensively minded. I saw them both play in the latter years of their careers so age had slowed them, but no, neither daring doers', skating deep, leading a rush with any frequency that I can recall.
