Maybe more important than how many faceoffs Giroux wins (or loses), is where he's winning (losing) them.

The struggles on the powerlay can be a least partially linked to Giroux's inability to win the first faceoff. That's been one of the most frustrating things to watch this year.

His efforts in the faceoff circle have me convinced that his arm/wrist strength is not at their pre-surgery (healthy) level... and maybe he came back too soon.
