EGG line has been playing harder minutes, they may not be producing on the scoring sheet as much as before, but they are cycling the puck in the opposing zone and continue generating chances and pressure.
The EGG line getting the harder minutes has allowed the Plekanec line to get some easier minutes and they've started carrying the load. Once MaxPac comes back, we'll have 3 dangerous lines
I agree with everyone that said Diaz had his better game last night. Looks like he's taking a page out of Gorges' book and becoming effective at blocking shots since he won't be playing a physical game.
Overall.. with Pacioretty, Prust, Moen, Parros, Emelin, Briere all missing and the team still performing as we are...
Gotta give it to Bournival who is proving to be a NHLer and Leblanc who had a couple of scoring chances last night (which seems to be a difficult thing to do lately if you're playing with DD).
