more and more the "eskimo way" is resembling the Oilers way. More soft landings, more nepotism, more kindly letting a coach finish the season out. Most of us saw this as a disaster in the making before this season started. On the basis of last season.

Yet we had to flush one more season down the toilet so Reed could get canned in a friendly civil manner.
