edit: nevermind, taking tinfoil hat off now. I guess what really seems weird is that we're hearing about it. I can't remember the last time I heard about a hockey player getting a second opinion.
Again, not weird at all to get a second opinion on a wrist/arm injury. Also, one can get a second opinion within the same practice. Dr. Isbell's the team ortho and from what I've heard, he's good, but his specialty is shoulders and knees. It could be that either Skinner or the team wanted a second opinion with someone at Raleigh Ortho who's more of a wrist or hand specialist like Dr. Tuttle.
