Pittsburgh has signed Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond to an NHL contract.

The Pittsburgh Penguins have signed forward Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond to a two-year contract, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Ray Shero.

Letourneau-Leblondís (leh-TOOR-noh leh-BLAWN) contract is a two-way deal that runs through the 2014-15 season and has an average annual value of $550,000 at the NHL level.

Letourneau-Leblond, 28, has spent the first six weeks of the season playing with WBS on an AHL contract, collecting one assist and 42 penalty minutes in 11 games. He appeared in one NHL preseason game with the Penguins during training camp.
Originally drafted by New Jersey in the seventh round (216th overall) of the 2004 NHL Draft, Letourneau-Leblond skated two seasons of junior hockey with the Baie-Comeau Drakkar of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) between 2003-05.

I'm a bit shocked it's a 2-year deal, to be honest. Pittsburgh must have liked his AHL play.

Dan O'Toole: "So if I have this right, only acceptable goal celebration in NHL is to put hands at your sides and then feel shame."
