The thing I'm struck by the most is the transition in his game. What ever the factors that we will continue to speculate on were, it's clear Kreider made a decision to elevate the tempo of his game.

How many players have the ability to make the impact he has by simply making a decision to be more involved? Very few is the answer.

That's where you really begin to understand the gifts he has as a player, imo. Can't wait to see where this all takes him.
