Contracts management

Hi Guys, beginning a thread about the contracts management for the habs and the dogs. I know there is a maximum of 50 pro contracts and I wonder how the habs will/should deal with them. At this point they are right at the 50 contracts limit.

Expiring contracts (Per Cap Geek):
Gionta - Eller - Parros - White - Markov - Subban - Diaz - Bouillon - Murray - Leblanc - Pateryn - Quailer - Nattinen - Delmas - Tokarski - St-Pierre - Blunden - Tarnasky

Prospects to sign: Bennet, MacMillan, Didier, Nystrom, Vail, Thrower, De la Rose, Lekhonen, Crisp, Reway, Gregoire.

I don't know much about the legistration of ELC signing. How many time do you have to sign a prospect? I think there is some difference between the leagues they play in. More time for NCAA and Euros league? If somebody knows the answer, I would love to learn these rules. Also I don't follow the NCAA very much, I think Bennet is a Senior but are MacMillan and Didier eligible for 1 more year in the NCAA,
