I am not the strongest but was impressed. I believe on each set I did

1- (2) 25lb, 45lb bar
2- (2) 35lb
3- 45s
4- 55s
5- 60s
6- 60s
7- 55s
8- 55
9- 45
20- 50

Idk why I went back to 45 and then finished 50. felt good
