But a lot of it is off ice, camaraderie, battling, competing, giving it your all because the guy next you is going to do the same. There are a few coaches that
in these intangibles. But ultimately identity is an organizational reflection.
It's who you are. It's what you do. It's that willingness. That drive. That desire to win. Not for the fans, not for the coach, not for the paycheck, not for the next contract,
but for the guy next you.
That is what being part of a team is.
