Vice President of Marketing for the Montreal Canadiens, Ray Lalonde has issued a statement to all fans in attendance to wear as much red as possible to cheer the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Center on Saturday night versus the Toronto Maple Leafs. The "Sea of Red" is expected to make the atmosphere intense and produce a playoff-like atmosphere as 7 points seperate the two teams.

The Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs have played three games head to head thus far with the Habs winning the first game and the Leafs winning the next two. Montreal hopes to even up the series when the Leafs visit.

Montreal is coming off a lacklustre performance versus the New Jersey Devils Friday night where they lost 2-0 on a shorthanded goal and a powerplay goal. It marked the end of the Canadiens 5 game unbeaten streak and only the second loss in their last 12. Earlier in the week Montreal had their way with the Flyers winning convincingly 4-1 in Philly.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have cooled down as of late, but have managed to keep their first place status intact. The Leafs are coming off a 2-0 win versus the Isles and a 3-2 win over the struggling Caps.

Matts Sundin was quick to point out "No matter where the two teams are in the standings it's always a great game". The Leafs hope to see the return of some players from the injured list for Saturday's dance. Owen Nolan, Ken Klee, and Robert Reichel are hopeful to return to the lineup. Owen Nolan will be a gametime decision.
