Yes, but they did take some flak for it last year when Sam Bradford struggled. I think the Rams got the better of the deal, but if Sam Bradford never becomes what they thought he'd be, it would be atleast fair to question the trade. (Even though they could get another QB with the 2 1st picks they'll have for the next 3 or 4 years)
