On a side note, but possibly tangentially related given how ****** our team is -- I was more than a little underwhelmed by McDavid, considering the hype. Pretty invisible for a kid hailed as some sort of wunderkind. The cavalry is not coming via the draft, fellas, sorry to state the obvious.
So you think that it's reasonable to extrapolate their entire career because of one pre-tournament game. Sounds reasonable to me.
In their first preseason game, McDavid was lights out. Did you see that game? Didn't think so.
