He was a thick guy and solid on the third line though. Certainly a type of player the Habs could use today.

I was a big Brunet fan, and I agree Mike he was a real solid on the 3rd line, but I never really saw him in the 2nd line role. Too bad he couldn't have stayed healthy though. And I hope Ward doesn't suffer the same fate. I think Ward is an important part of this team, and Begin as well, so having both out hurts our engery level. Just hope neither rush back too quickly though.
