Hamrlik was a -20 a few years back with the Islanders.

Now, I know that is partially a product of the situation in Columbus, but there is a reason he was dealt for so little return this summer.
Dallas was trying to dump salaries and Sydor's was one of the few they could dump considering they were able to pick up UFA to be in Teppo Numminen in the deal. They basically exchanged Sydors' contract for Numminen's and gained a 2nd round pick. Not a bad deal for Dallas considering their owner wanted to dump some salary in the off-season.

Tampa lost this deal big time, IMO.
May be true. But IMO, if the Hamrlik for Svitov and Modin rumours were remotely ture, they would've lost that deal even more.
