Not saying he should go headhunting. Only in the last few weeks has Kreider started to really forecheck more effectively. However, he still doesn't go for the huge hit that can put the other team on its heels. Certain players like Lucic, Orpik, Iginla (in his prime) hit to hurt. Kreider is becoming more effective but again its been a very short time period which he has played this style. Lets see if he can continue to do that for the rest of the season. With his speed and size he can physically intimidate opposing defensmen which will buy everyone on the ice more space.
