What I can't handle is the wacky stuff the Rangers have dealt with from Toronto. The Miller no-goal, Galchenyuk good goal from the "war room" is inexcusable. Among others.
As my new year's resolution I decided to lay off the on ice/off ice decision making but this is exactly how I see it as well. I don't know why this war room has to be in Toronto in the first place. There should be some agreed upon neutral site. I also don't know why ex-officials and players should be the decision makers. We'd be better off with non-biased observers with no real interest in the game who would have a set standard of those things they need to look for.
