Oh, it gets better. I tried to call their office, only to be unable to get through. Turns out Virgin Mobile cancelled my service without telling me. So the company likely did call me, but couldn't get through.

So now I've got to deal with Virgin Mobile and get them to fix their mistake (it's supposed to auto-top-up the minutes when the balance gets low), then call the company and explain what happened.

Just a great first impression
