Well, here are list of defenders from first nomination which can replace Vis..

- Ján Brejčák (HC Slovan Bratislava, KHL)
- Michal Čajkovský (Hershey Bears, USA/AHL)
- Marek Ďaloga (HC Pardubice, ČR)
- Milan Jurčina (TPS Turku, Fín.)
- Kristián Kudroč (Sibir Novosibirsk, Rus./KHL)
- Branislav Mezei (Víťaz Podolsk, RUS/KHL)
- Vladimír Mihálik (HC Slovan Bratislava, KHL)
- Juraj Mikuš (HC Lev Praha, ČR/KHL)
- Tomáš Starosta (Jugra Chanty-Mansijsk, Rus./KHL)
- Ivan Švarný (Medveščak Záhreb, Chorv./KHL)
- René Vydarený (HK Mountfield Hradec Hrálové, ČR)

In my opinion from list above it will be Kudroc, Mezei, Jurcina or Starosta..

+ he is experienced
+ he has size and he is strong
+ useful at powerplays (solid shoot)
? he is quite offensive minded (I don't know whatever it is plus or minus)
- he gets too many stupid penalties
- his offensive attempts causing too many turnovers

+ he is experienced
+ he has size and he is strong
+ physical style of playing
+ solid skating and passing
+ defensive minded
- he gets too many stupid penalties

+ he is experienced
+ he has size
+ useful at powerplays (solid shoot)
- he gets too many stupid penalties
- his skating is terrible
- he don't use his size (he use his stick more then his body!)
- he played only 16 games this season

+ he is experienced
+ not as big as Jurcina, Mezei or Kudroc but he can hit
+ not so much penalties!
+ solid allround back useful at variable situations
- size

I prefer Mezei or Starosta..
