Yankees could put together a prospects package to land Stanton but it'd completely gut the farm. Sanchez, Heathcott, Jose Ramirez, De Paula, Williams etc. Some combination of that with Sanchez being the main piece. Sanchez would be a temptation for Marlins since they are slim pickings behind the plate in their system.
I don't think they could even put a competitive package together. Look at the prospect rankings:

The Yankees have only two in the top 100 and their highest rated is Sanchez at 47. There are so many teams with superior farm systems and Stanton is such a desirable asset that it's pretty easy to come to the conclusion that any package they might put together would get pretty easily blown out of the water by at least half a dozen teams.
