The only thing Komisarek is missing is a mean streak. The kid is way too nice to *really* be an intimidating presence. He can throw big hits, but you'll notice that he always does so when the other player sees him coming. He'll always go easy on a guy that has his back turned. There are advantages to this as he doesn't take much penalties by doing so but sometimes, you like to have a guy that'll just make opponents feel tiny and unprotected and right now, Komisarek is in the best position to be that guy.

He also needs to play better when not playing with Markov. When he does though, I think he's an excellent defenseman and he still has room to improve which is something that he's slowly been doing this year.
