Elite teams do play at the same showcases as Premier teams and, at the big ones like the USPHL Winter and BJB Shootout, they do play against each other. I remember watching Hampton Roads give NJH Premier a good game. 1-1 after the first half but Hitmen ended up running away with it towards the end. As for next year, I'm sure Elite will play Premier again in showcases.
