Hainsey will be top 4 for us, no question. He's a tall, lanky guy who just has to grow a bit more into his body. I'd love to see him improve his lower body strength and get quicker on his skates. I'd also like to see him hit, but if he produces offense and doesn't turn the puck over in his own zone, that would be nice too.

If he was running around and throwing big hits or if he was producing more points, we wouldn't be complaining about his attitude (tho I'm not a fan of it either). However, that doesn't mean he is a failure. Long way to go yet. I'm not giving up on him, we don't have that much future on the blueline to give up on a guy like this!
