Actually, I was just referring to a more regular snap shot. No wind up, just like a normal one but let the puck move a little bit further. Strike down through the ice 1-2" behind the puck. Requires very strong hands and is hard to control in terms of accuracy but is nasty on the release. You've seen some NHL players use it, for sure

Check the vid below, I do mine slightly differently. I drag it in on a diagonal (left to right) plane, not purely in front.
