another bone of contention I had with them was the 4 digit digital channels. my buddy lives in NE philly (grant & bustleton area) and for a while he was getting 4 digit channels all in HD, like all the extra HBO HD channels, all the extra Showtime HD channels, etc. not just the single HD and the several SD ones we get now. I must have called them 6 or 7 times asking when this would be made available in my area, and every time the person I spoke with had no idea that it was even available.
And that is why we have Verizon. Comcast may have improved the stuff they have available but their customer service is horrible. I told a guy from Comcast who was trying to get us to switch that you couldn't pay me to have Comcast.

I needed Verizon to help me with my new set top box because I couldn't loosen the cable wire from the box. They sent someone out the next morning, he fixed and helped me set up the box, my new LG 42 inch, didn't need the HDMI cables I bought. Great service and great quality in my book.
