I would agree with you if the situation over in LI wasn't a committee making the majority decisions.
Snow is the defacto GM, but all the decisions as I understand it are made via majority decisions with Wang's vote probably counting as 2 or 3 votes.
Has Wang been a problem in that type of situation? To his credit I don't believe that he has, but when you have that type of set-up, the GM really is just a figurehead.
Can Garth Snow do a good job on his own? I don't know, but I were an Islanders fan I'd like to see him gain some front office experience before being handed that job
Can Messier do a good job? I don't know, but, same as Snow above, I'd like to see Messier gain some front office experience before being handed the top dog's role of GM
