I can't understand most of the French, but Houde does pretty well. So he's third.

Jim Hughson comes in fourth.

Obviously, I can't access these voices locally(Maryland), so it's all from watching crappy streams....
Jack is a huge homer, but he's a professional when it comes to hockey background, knowing names and players, and calling general PBP. As far as when he deems his opinion is needed...yuck. Even for a Bruins fan, he will sometimes go shamefully over the top (although he has trimmed that down significantly, especially this season).
