Anisimov is a terrific offensive talent, the only reason he doesn't score more in the NHL is because of his lack of speed.

The AHL is a much slower league than the NHL, it gives more time and space for players like Anisimov, Dawes, ect, who have great skills but not the necessary speed (of skating or decision making) to replicate that at the NHL level.
